In today’s lunch break we are in the
kitchen with Tim Meyers – he’s the Culinary and Pastry Arts Coordinator and
professor at College of DuPage and he’s helping us get ready for Thanksgiving.
And what I’m so excited about is you have taken two recipes that I think
people make all of the time and you have made them even better. So we’re gonna
start with the cranberries because you know, unless you’re one of those people
that kind of like it out of a can, cranberries can be tough but the
additives you have really make it sound delicious.
